1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing liquidartdetailing.com, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or submitting any form on our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Liquid Art Auto Spa provides professional automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, headlight restoration, marine detailing, wheel repair, dent repair, interior repair, and auto glass services. Services are performed at our facility at 2919 Fairground Rd, Building S-1 Unit M, Decatur, AL 35603, or at mobile locations as arranged. Service results vary based on vehicle age, condition, and type.

3. Appointments & Booking

All appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Liquid Art Auto Spa. Submitting a quote or booking request does not guarantee an appointment until you receive written or verbal confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle we determine is unsafe, improperly disclosed, or whose condition materially differs from what was described at the time of booking.

4. Deposit Policy

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total service balance. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services before vehicle pickup.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your appointment: deposit applied as a credit toward a future appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or no-shows: deposit is forfeited.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, your deposit will be fully credited.

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability

• Remove all personal belongings prior to service. Liquid Art Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.
• You represent that you are the legal owner or have owner authorization to approve service.
• Pre-existing damage will be documented at check-in. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions.
• Our liability for any damage caused during service is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.

7. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Quoted prices are estimates; final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition discovered upon inspection.

8. SMS / Text Message Program — Disclosures & Consent

Program Description:

Liquid Art Auto Spa operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers regarding their automotive detailing and protection service appointments and inquiries.

Types of Messages:

By providing your phone number and opting in, you may receive the following types of SMS text messages from Liquid Art Auto Spa:

• Appointment confirmations and booking receipts
• Appointment reminders
• Service status updates and completion notifications
• Follow-up messages and review requests
• Occasional promotional offers for returning clients

Frequency:

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments and interactions. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per appointment cycle.
