1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Liquid Art Auto Spa website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Liquid Art Auto Spa provides premium automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We require advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Specific deposits may be required for large services such as ceramic coatings or extensive paint correction.
4. Vehicle Condition and Valuables
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and sensitive items from their vehicle prior to service. Liquid Art Auto Spa is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle. Please disclose any pre-existing damage, loose parts, or mechanical issues before we begin service.
5. Pricing and Estimates
All prices quoted online or over the phone are estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and specific needs of the vehicle upon in-person inspection. We will communicate any price adjustments before commencing work.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept various forms of payment as communicated at the time of service. Vehicles will not be released until payment has been made in full.
7. Liability
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Liquid Art Auto Spa is not liable for any pre-existing damage, engine issues, or electronic malfunctions that occur during or after the detailing process. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
